I was appalled that no one from the bank made a statement that you couldn’t use your debit card because of a major hack I had to find out via Facebook from strangers that they were having trouble
karen w is the rudest, bossiest bank teller. name fits the attitude i’ll tell ya that. i go there and she gives you the nastiest attitude. clearly old and unhappy. there’s better banks in the area. customer service is terrible. thanks for your miserable attitude, karen!

I DO not have an account with this bank. However on occasion I will cash my work check here, because this is the bank My Employer deals with. THIS LOCATION IS THE REASON I WILL NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH KEY BANK. The tellers in their can never just stop bothering me about opening an account. I was going to until their inappropriate comments made me feel otherwise. If someone says not interested that should be the end of the subject.
