I DO not have an account with this bank. However on occasion I will cash my work check here, because this is the bank My Employer deals with. THIS LOCATION IS THE REASON I WILL NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH KEY BANK. The tellers in their can never just stop bothering me about opening an account. I was going to until their inappropriate comments made me feel otherwise. If someone says not interested that should be the end of the subject.
I hate Key Bank. They canceled my online deposit and blamed it on the check maker (they were wrong). They sent my check back with saying its a legal copy use it the same way but stamped refer to maker on it so the bank said they would not take it. They are so out of touch with customers. I will spend many hours switching accounts to PNC or FNB but i spend more time in lines and arguing so it will be worth it.
It is annoying not being able to cash a check if you are not a customer of this bank
