Recently my car was scratched due to their negligence of having a pole coming out of the ground. The best part is they do not want to take accountability because it was not on camera. What bank does not have more of their parking lot on camera? That's concerning! They came out and took pictures of my car right after, the employees inside knew what happened there but they did not want to make it right. Key bank is by far the biggest joke of a bank, they want to nickel and dime you at any chance they get. I stopped banking with them because they are such clowns, now i go to try and cash a check my grandfather gave me for xmas, mind you he uses key bank so im just cashing it at his bank thinking no trouble. Dont even try they told me it would cost 7.50$ just to cash the check, unreal and hysterically unprofessional any other bank you take a check to they dont even ask you a question, key bank= clowns!
Business is done backwards. There SBA bankers can pick or choose who to give loans to based on personal preferences. Waited four months with no answer and lost out on the deal because the unprofessionalism of Keybank.
Today there was an issue with my account, next to my place of employment there is a Keybank and I’m always in there talking to that branch manager. I explained to him my situation and he said he would help but I need to call the original bank where I opened my account and ask to speak to the branch manager. I called and a girl answered saying his name was Ken and will be in meetings all day and couldn’t talk to me. I said can I speak to a supervisor she said they don’t have one.
