The Streetsboro branch has been great to work with. It's rare that I visit a branch anymore, but when I do, I get great service. They always have an available representative and most of them are notaries, which is nice to know.
I have been using Key bank for over 30+ years. I would not recommend anyone to use this bank.
Went in to the bank to get change. Was asked “Why are you here”. Do not use this bank
