Excellent service
As new customers, we spent over 1 1/2 hours opening two accounts based on information given to us in the bank. A few weeks later we were told the account details we both heard and went over more than once with the bank representative were not as we thought. One account needed a larger balance...the other needed to be linked with a second account...surely not details outlined before and not something to be easily misunderstood.
