Worst experience with the Lynnwood center. Branch manager never called me back after leaving emails, messages and internal messages and then basically said he was doing me a favor after my uncle passed away. Then I called his supervisor 5 days ago and no returned phone call. I have never thought a large bank could let employees treat their clients like this. I will seek to find the next level supervisor until I do get a call back. I would never recommend this branch especially and would never recommend Key bank. It took two ... read more
