Go to the Port Angeles Branch for good service. The Sequim branch has a constant turnover and the employees are rude. They are not consistent with their policies and I’ve had multiple issues along with hearing others complain about the same. This is why I’ve primarily done online banking for the last few years. Nobody ever has these problems with the port Angeles branch, so I’ll just go there even if the drive isn’t as convenient.
