Kim the manager is an angel on earth
This bank promotes scammers,I informed them of 2 transactions that didn't sit right with me an I items I didn't order. They sided with the scammers an took back the credit that was given to me. I ordered a jersey an they said I ordered a make up brush,like hello I don't wear makeup and I certainly don't need a makeup brush for 60 bucks. Needless to say they believed the scammers an I never received the product.this bank has costed me hundreds of dollars this year .I'm certainly leaving keybank ,instead of protecting my money... read more
