I never write bad reviews, but I am Totally disgusted with key bank. I have 5 accounts with key and been with them over 15 years. My primary account has not yet issued statements for January (should have been 24th-26th). I needed this statement for a financial purpose - that was time sensitive. I called customer service on the phone on Wednesday, 01/29, asking why the statements have not been issued. I was told there was a technical issue but it should be resolved by Friday.
