I had originally planned to visit a different branch on the same street. However, I am glad that I ended up at this branch, where I received the utmost service and support from the branch manager and tellers. They coordinated with another branch where I received the money to purchase a car. From opening a new account and depositing checks to applying for a personal loan and receiving a large sum of money, they did it all in two days! Sitting in drive trough lane Two lanes open and been here half hour non one has moved
I went thru the drive thru and conducted my business. Quick polite service. Then I was on my way. A pleasant trip.
Came to use ATM. Only distributes 20's and 50's.. had to go inside to get change.
I am POA for my elderly father’s accounts. I noticed fraudulent activity on his checking account on a Saturday. What a nightmare to deal with Key Bank for this issue🤬. I first contacted the fraud line three times and got NO ANSWER! Line just kept ringing. I then went to a branch. The teller advised she was not able to help me; I was told I had to contact the fraud line.
