Horrible
I have been dealing with this bank for almost 40 yrs and long before it was Key Bank. For about the last 3 months I have become disgusted there. What has been frustrating is that now that I am retired, I go to the bank maybe a few months apart to make simple withdraws for cash from my account. And more recently when I do this, I need to show ID (my drivers license) which I do. Then mostly all of the time their scanner is not working.
