Friendly and caring people
This drive thru is the worst. Had Ms. Hutchinson help me on the teller line (far left window) she doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and is not helpful. I got her in the drive thru one day and I was making a basic deposit (the only one there in the drive thru and I didn’t see anyone in the inside). 18 min went by and I asked was everything ok and she yelled, I’m working on it!! She needs some training on basic people skills, then Key Bank policies and procedures.
