Most unfriendly and incompetent bankers that I’ve ever dealt with. Other than that, they’re great.
Usually a good experience. But one of the tellers is really slow. She takes too long to do basic stuff. Everyone else is great.
There is something fundamentally wrong with Keybank and their employees! I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday, the 6th, with Olivia Rodriguez to open a business account. When I arrived, I was met by Taylor Sampson, whom I informed that I had an appointment with Olivia Rodriguez. Taylor informed me that Olivia Rodriguez wasn't in that day (mind you, this is the second time that I've scheduled an appointment with a teller that did not show up, nor is originally from that branch).
