There is something fundamentally wrong with Keybank and their employees! I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday, the 6th, with Olivia Rodriguez to open a business account. When I arrived, I was met by Taylor Sampson, whom I informed that I had an appointment with Olivia Rodriguez. Excellent service, they’re very good at explaining all of the services they have.
Although I have had a negative experience recently, I want to highlight that Key Bank offers some unique perks around credit that I appreciate. I appreciate Angel, John, and Tyler of the Executive Esculation Team. They heard me out. I hope we can find a mutually beneficial resolution. I had at 1 star before with different content explaining the trigger situation. I chose to update the review to 3 stars since Angel, John, and Tyler let me interrupt them and listened to me. John took the brunt and Angel helped soothe.
The service is terrible. All the people who work create problems by ignoring you. They lie about filling out dispute forms causing a loss of funds and time.
Jenny and Rosa called the Holladay police to threaten me after a morning visit. The Holladay Police indicated that the anymous caller said that I made a threat, said g*n, and other lies that defamed my reputation and caused PTSD from a hostile police visit 2 days ago from the date of this post. Key Bank is being named in all public paperwork to the State of Utah and Holladay police.
