Found out someone turned in a bunch of silver coins to the bank for face value and when I tried asking if I could buy a roll or two they stated that someone at the bank is buying them. How is this not theft. They should of checked them out and informed their customer what they were silver and sent them to a coin shop to get the best value. Don't use key bank they are a bunch of crooks.
Deposit my check thru the atm. Long story short they been draggging they feet on getting my funds to me looking to report them to the fdic. It’s been over 7 business days Bills are due this bank just don’t care.
Please, whatever you do, never use this branch. I went in on 5/24/23 to close three accounts. These accounts were old and never used, one went into over draft I paid off all three account balances, (one checking, one line of credit). The teller never closed the account the same day for the checking account, and it apparently went into overdraft again. They lost the check in the system for the line of credit. 2nd update: 11/9/21 STILL ATM DOWN despite the reply back! Thanks for nothing.. I'm being charged $7 fee coz the machine is broken and unusable. Have to drive to South Park to make a deposit. Worst bank. Update: Even after putting in new nicer software, it's soooo annoying when I can't make a deposit at the ATM as the function is turned off!! I checked back hours later and still the same. I shouldn't be penalized a monthly fee in my checking which requires a $500 monthly deposit if I have to drive all over town to another ke... read more
