When using Remote Deposit Capture (deposit by smartphone) at this bank you can scrub a received check to increase the dollar amount to the quantity you choose! Found out someone turned in a bunch of silver coins to the bank for face value and when I tried asking if I could buy a roll or two they stated that someone at the bank is buying them. How is this not theft. They should of checked them out and informed their customer what they were silver and sent them to a coin shop to get the best value. Don't use key bank they are a bunch of crooks.
Deposit my check thru the atm. Long story short they been draggging they feet on getting my funds to me looking to report them to the fdic. It’s been over 7 business days Bills are due this bank just don’t care.
