If I could give ZERO stars I would! Went in for help because they overcharged my Fiancés account and nobody could assist me. I was given an attitude when I was trying to explain a Zelle issue to one of the employees there. Just told my fiancé to take all the money out of his account and close the bank account and get a new bank. This bank seems to always have problems with their system. The customer service sucks here we will be taking our business and money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently went into reapply for a credit line that was declined/rejected. I have been a key Bank member for close to 20 years now, since my father set up a trust with what would eventually become key. You'd think with the years of my patronage and being a member of the Private client service sector that I would be able to get another credit line. Donna Freas was terrible, and ineffective.
