This is THE BANK if you want to make big bucks fast! When using Remote Deposit Capture (deposit by smartphone) at this bank you can scrub a received check to increase the dollar amount to the quantity you choose! Even though banks are required by law to use advanced imaging technology, including algorithms (computer AI detection), to prevent fraudulent checks from being cashed, apparently, the KeyBank detection system doesn't work. Damn, look at all these horrible reviews! I was about to take them up on their $700 "open a checking account" offer, but now Im afraid to lose my money. I think Ill find another way to make $700.
I have booked an appointment in this branch. Due to inclement weather, I reached there few minutes late off my appointment time. I was asked to take a seat. The person who was supposed to help me was on call. He ended his call and then made another call. I was already waiting for 12-15 minutes because of this. Finally I met the Manager who asked another associate to help me out. Does not Keybank understand the basic management or it does not care for its customers? It is possible that Keybank may be closing this branch soon.... read more
This afternoon I called,because I had a question about my account and Trevor picked up and while initially kind on the phone did nothing in his power to try and help me,rather than getting onto his computer and looking at my account Trevor just gave me a quick answer because he didn’t want to help,I ended up figuring it out on my own.
