I deposited a customer's check into my business account on 8/5 and the ATM ate my check and card. No big deal, notified the corporate headquarters that day (Saturday) and the local branch (Main St. In Sylvania ) the following Monday. 3-weeks later and they can't find the check! I had to give them my customers information to verify I'm not a fraud a week ago......still nothing! I was told by the manager that the ATM was old and was supposed to be replaced already, so it shouldn't be used until replaced. Yet, there is no sign ... read more
