they are more concerned about talking to customers than working. the manager on duty talked to a dude for 15 minutes about body pain while having a line. talking about construction anything but banking. shouldn't take that long being first in line.... people have business to run. they should value people's time more. Only reason I'm giving two stars is McKenzie she was doing everything she could. it's concerning it's the manager being the slowest there supposed to lead by example
When I first went to Keybank, they was very nice but this latest time when I was already having a hard time trying to figure out why my account got locked and I was able to use my card the day before..the bank teller that is there, blond hair lady she was very rude and even said some unprofessional things to me. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm a criminal when I did nothing wrong. Nikki was the only nice one to me the last time I was there but the bank teller was completely rude and unprofessional
Nobody ever answers the phone
I have had nothing but excellent service at the Trilby branch! I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Nikki Alvarez has been a godsend and I appreciate all of her help. In fact the entire staff is wonderful! I have been with Key Bank for many, many years and I would not trust any other bank. Key has always had my back!
They have to take a picture of their computer with a tablet to do anything, and it won't work so they can't do anything. This is a joke if bank, do not go here.
