Nobody ever answers the phone
I have had nothing but excellent service at the Trilby branch! I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Nikki Alvarez has been a godsend and I appreciate all of her help. In fact the entire staff is wonderful! I have been with Key Bank for many, many years and I would not trust any other bank. Key has always had my back!
They have to take a picture of their computer with a tablet to do anything, and it won't work so they can't do anything. This is a joke if bank, do not go here.
My favorite bank is obviously understaffed and overwhelmed. The last 3 months the quality has gone down considerably *Here we are a year later. You have less tellers, not more. They're doing the best that they can but your cost cutting has clearly affected customer service. I can seriously, barely use KeyBank and I am considering finding a different bank. It should not be a half hour ordeal to cash my check *It's only getting worse. Generic AI responses from corporate are the best they can do.
