Since when is it ok to leave a customer in drive thru before even acknowledging them a full 3 1/2 minutes? Finally the teller comes on speaker after I pushed the call button & says "oh hi sorry we're a little bit slammed in here I'll try and get to this as soon as I can" before taking 4 more minutes to complete my transaction! I was only making a deposit. Get it together at this branch. It's not the first time it's happened.
