Been a Customer here for four years. Use to love it. Bot the customer service has changed here. I'm tired of them taken money out of my account days after I make a purchase. Should be taken out the same day a buy something in the store. My Checking account has been over drawn by them more then once. Thinking of changing banks????

Went all the way to the branch just to find out with a little paper saying it’s closed cause if Juneteenth and on the website says open come in guys your open hours aren’t even that long to begin with and now you can’t even say your closed for the holiday online this is bad service

The draw is the service and hospitality, where we see the 5 star rated care to their patrons.
