Bad customer service and lying employees…
I had an issue with my account and zelle. The teller I originally spoke to was courteous and helpful, gave me the number to call but I lost it. So I went back in and spoke to another rep that had a desk. She listened to my concern and after explaining my problem, she knew what the solution was. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Solved my problem! And did it with a smile. I don't know what her ambitions are but she is definitely on her way!
Really bad service I called and spoken with Marcela never returned my call and the manager is even worst at her job we’re do they find these people so unprofessional. Do not recommend this location.
