Only one worker there handling 20 people in the line
Terrible terrible staff in there. Was given a counterfeit 100$ bill and when I came back to give them the bill and refund my money they told me they couldn’t do anything about it that I could be lying. Insane slap in the face. I will never recommend to go to this place anymore. They can’t tell real money from fake. How can a bank teller not notice they received a counterfeit bill then hand it to someone else? Mind blowing. If there was a negative star review I would give it.
Rude and incompetent! The banker there is inconsiderate and not equipped to deal with customers!
A clerical error was treated like fraud , branch staff did not grant a customer of this location (who had already been experiencing issues enjoying opening a new account) ( The Staff is fully aware this has been my experience thus far) the opportunity to correct a clerical error once ATM custodian became aware of my clerical error which I did take responsibility for , once the nuance and caveat was shared , it was more than obvious it isn’t fraud.
