I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent service I received at the KeyBank on Ridge Road in Lackawanna. I don’t usually stop at this location, but I’m glad I did. The two tellers working were courteous, pleasant, and truly sincere something that seems to be fading in today’s world. My teller who I️ believe was Beca was especially went out of their way to be friendly and engaging. It reminded me of how banking used to feel.

Only one worker there handling 20 people in the line
Terrible terrible staff in there. Was given a counterfeit 100$ bill and when I came back to give them the bill and refund my money they told me they couldn’t do anything about it that I could be lying. Insane slap in the face. I will never recommend to go to this place anymore. They can’t tell real money from fake. How can a bank teller not notice they received a counterfeit bill then hand it to someone else? Mind blowing. If there was a negative star review I would give it.
Rude and incompetent! The banker there is inconsiderate and not equipped to deal with customers!
