NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY Our experience with KeyBank in Batavia, NY was an absolute nightmare. We applied for a car loan with Thaddeus Nauden August of 2024, and our loan application was somehow "lost". TWICE. What should have been a simple car loan process took over a MONTH, and throughout the process Thaddeus repeatedly gave us promises and information that turned out to be completely false. Good central location, clean, well kept. I did have an issue trying to use the ATM in the lobby it says 24/7, but the door was locked at around 8:20ish. I know there is a drive thru area, but the google maps indicates the building itself?
