The teller working the drive thru was some of the WORST customer service my husband and I have ever experienced!!! We came to Key thinking it was supposed to be better and it’s been nothing but a headache! Constant holds on Checks that are way more then reasonable. Key bank you should probably get your stuff together because this is unacceptable
