This bank is horrible rude tellers unwilling to work with me to get my debit card back.Card got sucked into atm because there has been ongoing problem with card I'm an amputee and my 1 leg is not in good shape just spent 6 months in rehab to get back up on it they would not let me send someone to pick it up so now I need to risk being injured to go pick it up..when I called customer service first lady so nice her supervisor beyond rude to didn't try to help in anyway..said he can't do anything to help...THERE IS NO CUSTOMER ... read more
If I could leave a ZERO I would..Two of the rudest People I have ever had the displeasure of having to be in the company of..My Brother is handicapped and with the ice its very hard for him to get around..his atm card got sucked up i was right down the rd went there my brother called while i was standing there ..she was so rude to him it was ridiculous..of course after she verified he was who he said he was and continued to be rude beyond rude finally she says she wont give me the card he has to come there and get it. Hate this bank!! Very difficult to work with!! Have to provide ID to make cash deposits. They hold checks drawn on their own bank. There are many banks to choose from... choose anther!!
