I went to the ATM yesterday to withdraw funds from my EBT card. They didn't have any options between the $100 and $200 withdraw. The real kicker in the pants was they charged me $4.00 to withdraw money. I withdrew $100.00 and it came to $104.00 not happy. I planned to open an account but I thought about it.....not happening. Fees that high are unacceptable. Would not recommend financial institution to anyone.
I called ahead on a Monday to start the process for an auto loan, knowing that I had plans to buy a car on Friday, but because I was traveling to see the car, I wouldn't have the bill of sale until that Friday. The loan officer told me that he could take my info and get me pre-qualified so that on Friday I could bring in the bill of sale and get things finalized on the same day. Friday comes.
