OK, I’ll start by saying I’m not a member of this particular branch. I did come into this branch to make a withdrawal and didn’t bring my KeyBank card. It was a spur of the moment decision after taking my fiancé out to lunch. Eileen I think is her name helped me today make a withdraw from my checking account super friendly and personable and made the experience seamless. ***Update*** I went into the same branch today 5 months later with a certified cashiers check again. This time they remembered me and Michelle who is in client Services helped me get to a branch to be able to cash check. Thank You for fixing the issue from last time.
