After their ATM jammed and glitched taking my $685 cash deposit and leaving me with no receipt or credit to my account, they are unwilling to resolve the issue in a timely manner and even told me there was no way to "prove" the money jammed in the ATM was mine (even though I'm on camera making the deposit, reported it while still sitting at the ATM, and then came in and talked to the bank manager personally the next morning. ) At this time, I consider this bank to be thieves who may become responsible for my fiancee, my self... read more
This is an awful Bank. First of all they kept screwing up my business account so when I close my account the guy said he would waive my $25 fee and close out my account. Then they tell me I had a $5 pending so they paid it and charge me $5 before they would close my account. Now I'm being charged $10 for not being able to get in there on time to pay the $5 to close my account. When I finally do go in today the manager thinks he is helping me by wavy once again the $25 closing my account fee and still charges me $10.59. What ... read more
