I absolutely love Key Bank. They have always been so accommodating to me and serviced my account and have been so professional. I was shocked to read some of these comments. They have always taken care of any questions or concerns expeditiously and without charging me like other banks. I highly recommend Key Bank and will continue utilizing their services.
Christina is the worst power trip manager I have ever dealt with. According to Corporate she makes her own rules and post dates cashiers checks which by Pennsylvania Law is against the law. But because KeyBank has no policy on this and should be dated on the day it is written Christina takes it upon herself to do as she pleases. So if it's Saturday she post dates it for Monday. Horrible service, nobody wants to help or answer questions. Gives incorrect illegal information.
I recently joined Key Bank and opened new accounts here at the Monroeville branch location. Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous, professional, respectful and has taken the time to explain any questions that I have had. Christina the branch Manager is truly and sincerely amazing.
