I want to share my REAL life experience from today. I Couldn’t login to my bank app KeyBank. it said to call an 800 number. I called the 800 number they said they couldn’t help me and then I had to go into the branch. I went into the KeyBank branch And they called the headquarters. Apparently my account had been closed due to suspicious activity. I had deposited a personal check from another bank I had also used my debit card two times two days before Christmas for Christmas presents and groceries. Both transactions were at ... read more
