Awful customer service. Called ahead to ask if I could break a large qty of 20s into smaller bills. The woman who answered the phone was so incredibly rude and condescending. I couldn’t get a word in to speak, she just kept talking over me. She acted like I was asking something impossible. Eventually I had to tell her I couldn’t deal with her and had to call another branch. Called Highland Hts branch and had a much more pleasant experience there.
I have been here with one person in front of me. Taking 20 minutes. Not like I'm in a hurry. 3 cashiers and one windows open. Not happy
