Keybank has the WORST customer service ! They charge you fees when your account is not over drawn! It doesn't matter if u have a deposit pending they take the debits first!
Piss poor service every time I have been in this bank. Tellers are slower than molasses in January with arthritis. When you finally get through the crowd of upset customers to a teller, 9 times out of ten they are arrogant and extremely unpleasant to deal with. On top of that they charge you seven dollars to cash a check drawn on their bank if you don't use them for your personal bank. If you have a check made to cash, they will not cash it because "it leaves you open to commit fraud".....Are you friggin" kidding me? THE CHE... read more
What a inconsistent and unfriendly bank. FYI.. To their customers... . Even though your the customer using their services... if you write a check and someone tries to cash it... they charge you. Thank good this isn't my bank anymore. And they said nothing would change for a year. What a bunch of liars.
It's like walmart in the sense of there are multiple lanes but with only one employee working it.
