This Bank Is Trash! First Two Weeks I couldn’t use Zelle, then Today I cashed a check with a MANAGER override and 4 HOURS LATER, they put a hold on the Entire amount putting my account 2k in the negative for an expected two weeks! Straight bs! Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else!!!!!
I have banked with key bank for over 5+ years, here recently they're really slacking. I'm not talking about a specific location. I'm speaking in general.... I just had an issue where I went to pull some money off of my card... It was declined, so my first thought is to check the balance in my account.
