I visited this branch a week ago from today. The banker who assisted me was unfamiliar with the different accounts and gave me information that contradicted what the manager later told me. The manager was dismissive and neither the banker or manager was able to offer me solutions to the issue i was having with my account. I was assured someone would be calling me with more information.
