Got cash at Sheetz but needed to get bigger bills. Walked to this bank and wouldn’t help me. No account, but it’s a bank. They wonder why everyone’s going to online banks. This is THE bank if you want to make big bucks fast! When using Remote Deposit Capture (deposit by smartphone) at this bank you can scrub a received check to increase the dollar amount to the quantity you choose! Even though banks are required by law to use advanced imaging technology, including algorithms (computer AI detection), to prevent fraudulent checks from being cashed, apparently, the KeyBank detection system doesn't work. Not busy while I was there. Staff were pleasant and efficient.
Carl was amazing helped me with fraud on my account they caught it that day. He set me up with a new account and protection to not have this happen again. He explained everything so it was understandable. Carl was also very respectful.
I’ve had mixed experiences with this location, in-person he staff is friendly and for the most part helpful. However, since I’m not out of state and there aren’t locations near me, I tried stopping in during the online posted hours while in the area - they had adjusted their hours without updating it online, just leaving a sign at the door which was a huge inconvenience since I drove to the location.
