Absolutely awful customer service and even worse delegation from the "branch manager" who had all hands on deck (only two- including the "manager: for the giant bank during a busy day/time period) and they couldn't figure out how to close the person in front of mes account (gee, wonder why they closed it) and made me wait LITERALLY 15 mins knowing all I needed was change and it would take less than a minute to have 1 of the 2 people help me do that.
