I was very much impressed with the personal Banker Sulma Pena. I came to wire money for.a.closing that needed to be there that day. Well the system was down. She worked very hard on trying to get a solution while I was there but had no success. This is not what impressed me most. She kept all the information and told she would contact me as soon as the issue was fixed. Once the system came back up and she was able to do the wire. I'm not a big fan of Key Bank as a company, but the tellers at this particular branch are something special. To make a long story short, I went in today because my account was compromised. It's very difficult for me to get there due to a lack of transportation, and I learned that I wouldn't be able to withdraw my paycheck from there until the next day. Under normal circumstances I'd be screwed because I cannot possibly make it to the branch tomorrow, I have no transportation and I'm on my last 20 bucks, so not only did the t... read more
