Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
Literally the rudest branch and staff. I will make a point to not come to this location any longer because of the teller and staff attitudes.
I have a credit card with Key. Proper billing, no mistakes. Lost card. They replaced within 2 days. The only problem is that they don't have a convenient branch for me to switch from a lesser bank.
I had a terrible experience at this branch will never be coming back the bank manager and the teller treated me terribly! Very unprofessional and very disrespectful toward me!
They moved have to spend 1/2 hour of my time driving across town. Other than that been a customer since 1989 and no problems. Im considering opening a account close to home instead of adding a 1/2 hour drive to do banking on top of my long work day. 🤔
