I would leave a one star review if I could. MELISSA the branch “manager” who is inconsistent and unprofessional canceled my appointment under less than 24 hours of notice. Was not empathetic to other peoples schedules and clearly VERY inconsiderate of others time. Due to this matter I will be contacting corporate, as well as ceasing any further activity with this institution. She blamed staffing; I would assume a halfway decent manager would be able to adequately staff her location, but it seems Melissa can’t do anything ade... read more
Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
Literally the rudest branch and staff. I will make a point to not come to this location any longer because of the teller and staff attitudes.
I have a credit card with Key. Proper billing, no mistakes. Lost card. They replaced within 2 days. The only problem is that they don't have a convenient branch for me to switch from a lesser bank.
