Horrendously rude customer service. The branch manager hung up on me twice and showed absolutely ZERO compassion when I simply requested her to CHECK to see if my ATM card was still in the machine as it malfunctioned when giving me my card back Sunday night. I called first thing Monday morning hoping to get a human being with empathy and got an angry resentful lady who liked talking over people and putting people on excessively long punishment holds.
