My employer switched to them for our hsa accounts, so KeyBank called all of us individually to open an account with them and receive $200 through a promotional program. I opened an account with them, never received the money. Melissa calls me to ask how I like the bank and I asked about the $200 I never received, she told me she would look into it and call me back…it’s been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. I wanted to open a business account, but I will be going with another bank.

We bank here and they told us not come back for a year all bc they are having issues with our symbol on it bc we are making them lose business....I don't think so people they are going to short change us and blame us for their mistakes. Unprofessional customer service. Horrible service do not recommend this particular branch to no one. Horrible horrible horrible

would give negative stars if I could. you want to get out of keybank as fast as possible. last year I lost thousands in a matter of 6 months slowly being siphoned off. I never checked my ledger because I made much more than I spent so I should have been fine. always. no unexpected big transactions ever. I knew something was off when I began somehow running out of money. I couldn't tell what was wrong though. as when I finally did look at the ledger it was very late in the game and it all looked like transactions I could have... read more
