Never dealt with such ignorant customer service anywhere! After calling a corporate number with a problem, I was told by the CSR that it could only be over-ridden by the branch manager....after being on hold for 5 minutes, CSR told me that they would not speak to me, and that's the way it is. She apologized, and I don't blame her. BUT I FIND THAT THE IGNORANCE DISPLAYED BY THE BRANCH IS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR. I am a customer, and after being told how "valued" my business is, I beg to differ by their actions. SHAME ON YOU.

Was busy on a Saturday but properly staffed. I told the teller my dog was in the car and she went out of her way to get my dog a treat. Thanks!
