I wish everyone worked bank hours... I would strongly recommend being open on Saturdays
This bank just lost a customer. I used to like the convenience of being able to handle banking transactions after getting a hair cut or groceries next door. Today I wanted to cash a check. First, the cashier kept asking if I had a debit card. What does that have to do with anything? Then she said because of the size of the check ($1700), I would need to run to my truck and get my phone so she could send a one time security code, all of this due to some sort of increased fraud. For the last month there is no notary at this location . Their hours are horrible I get out of work at 5 , most working people do so how can this bank be convenient .
No weekends for banking? Not even Saturday? Sunday I understand, but closed Saturday! Less talk more banking.
