Perfect cooperation between the two tellers and a customer (self) this morning Friday December 12, 2025 regarding a question about moving funds from one account to another by signed check and deposit ticket.
I have been with KeyBank for a long time, this is the second time I have scheduled an appointment to be seen. The first time was two years ago to regain access to my online banking, someone walked in and was seen before I was, I sat there for an hour and was never called, so i left and continued without having online banking. Today, again I have an appointment and someone else was seen before I was. Why? Not having online banking, I can't set up funds to be transferred into another account because of that.
