I have had a commercial checking account for 30 years and for 24 years used this branch. They have never been rude to me. Too conservative for my credit needs but still far better than Huntington. Services at the branch have always been ok. No one has ever been Rude to me and I can (and have been) be obnoxious and demanding when I feel Iam being ignored. The "canned" response to the negative reviews is hillarious. The review " branch experiance team" is probably hired convicts who reads the review and laughs as they throw it... read more
12/1/2017 Sue is very rude and nasty to everyone. She will say how much money you have in you account to everyone in the crowd. And if you ask her for help, she wouldn't do so. The whole staff customer service sucks really bad I wouldn't ever go back to this branch ever again. They would also block your payment's to pay your bills and allow your payment to bounce back un payed. Horrible people. Don't even deserve a 2.5 start rating. Ms. Jackson
