Sarah was very rude
6 days wait for a check to clear they been cashing check for 2 years always cleared in one day now 6 days unacceptable close my accounts as soon as it clears 10 years did banking here.customer service is the worst.
We have used KeyBank in various locations around the area, this one is far less accommodating and customer service oriented than others. The ATM rarely works properly, the keypad is difficult and sometimes impossible to use, it's frequented by street folk and I'm guessing homeless people, this makes standing at the ATM for extended periods uncomfortable. We tried to turn in some change, apparently they only take rolled coins and refuse to take loose change, even if it's counted in front of them, apparently all they can handl... read more
