THIS REVIEW IS FOR KEY BANK TALLMADGE CIRCLE. I have not yet been to the Ellet Branch but I have had my accounts with Key Bank Tallmadge Circle for over 15+ years & NEVER have had any issues or bad experiences. All of the employees are always very nice & helpful. Bank Teller Sue/Susan is my absolute favorite, she is very kind, helpful & always able to provide assistance /info with any questions or concerns I may have. Sarah was very rude
6 days wait for a check to clear they been cashing check for 2 years always cleared in one day now 6 days unacceptable close my accounts as soon as it clears 10 years did banking here.customer service is the worst.
