6 days wait for a check to clear they been cashing check for 2 years always cleared in one day now 6 days unacceptable close my accounts as soon as it clears 10 years did banking here.customer service is the worst.
We have used KeyBank in various locations around the area, this one is far less accommodating and customer service oriented than others. The ATM rarely works properly, the keypad is difficult and sometimes impossible to use, it's frequented by street folk and I'm guessing homeless people, this makes standing at the ATM for extended periods uncomfortable. I went to the Ellet, OH location this weekend to ask a few questions and was helped out by Dawn. She was so helpful, positive and even got me scheduled to come back to look into a few other options. She is absolutely amazing and such a great asset to KeyBank!
I made a cash deposit and it wasn’t posted to my checking account. The deposit slip states my money couldn’t be returned due to a technician error. They made me file a dispute which can take 10 days. I need the money to pay for bills, food etc.
