Slow service, but even slower at the drive-through. Only even use the branch since they are in a network with another credit union I have an account with. Be very patient or go elsewhere.
By far the worst branch and bank I have been to, I can't believe the service. Please don't go here. The employees seem like they never want to work
There is a lady at the purdy key bank that is just an absolute C**t, being a young adult I was listed as minor for the longest time when I told her that I was 18 she refused to even give me my money because thats what the "system" said, hopefully they get new management soon.
Worst bank I have ever experienced working with. Do not open a business account with them it's a joke. Their employees are rude and their entire setup is outdated. There are way higher quality banks in gig harbor.
