Key bank puts long holds on checks. Locations and drive thru access are lacking. They won't credit your overdrafts caused by legitimate checks deposited that they put holds on to draw an overdraft. Huntinton bank has 24 hour Grace. I'd choose any bank over keybank. Avoid like it's the plague. Not even the free $200 is worth it. I'd bury my money in the back yard in a can before I trusted keybank with my money
Local tellers are nice and helpful but the overwhelming majority of their policies and running of their bank is hideous. My entire family has been fleeing from this unreliable bank like crazy. I’m about to be next. Any time you have to call customer service it’s a complete worthless joke and frustrating. I’m not some sucker racking up overdrafts. Their fraud department is a complete joke.
