my husband and I were lied to by Nicole Biaer (VP) of the branch on 06/03. we were never informed by the correct amount due for June which we both asked her multiple times during our visit, which we are NOW past due again. she never researched it as we asked her to do we were promised by her that other issues we had were going to be handled, yet , I'm still waiting. she has NOT called me nor followed up with me as she promised as well!!
