Love Key Bank- the team in Hoosick Falls is amazing!
Key bank is the worst bank to do business with. Middlebury vt branch did something totally screwy. I brought a bogus cashiers check someone was trying to have me cash for business. I was not convinced it was real so i brought it to the bank. They were unsure it was real so they Told me to deposit it and wait and see, I followed their directions and when it was returned they closed my account permanently. I had been a customer for11 years. They did not even call me. Very bad business.
Great experiences. Frequently have trouble with banks and other branches, but this branch is great. Very friendly.
Literally the worst experience ever! The lady that was helping me trying to cash my check was rude and obnoxious. Wouldn’t let me cash a check because I wasn’t a customer but it was a key bank check from one of their customers. I asked to speak with a manager and from the other side of the room she just shook her head and said I heard the conversation and said no. This branch is great! My partner and had a lot of nerves about last-minute deadlines with our house closing, but Lara made the process a breeze! With constant communication, clear and precise instructions, and a kind and helpful personality she helped us through the whole thing. I will definitely be recommending this branch! Thanks again! :)
