Tellers were new and clueless so I asked for the Branch manager, she told me to shut up and let her finish talking when I was trying to ask a question. People were so shitty I hope the place either gets re staffed or branch shuts down from poor management been with them for years and they act like I'm a junkie trying to scam them. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks.

Key bank is the worst bank to do business with. Middlebury vt branch did something totally screwy. I brought a bogus cashiers check someone was trying to have me cash for business. I was not convinced it was real so i brought it to the bank. They were unsure it was real so they Told me to deposit it and wait and see, I followed their directions and when it was returned they closed my account permanently. I had been a customer for11 years. They did not even call me. Very bad business.
Great experiences. Frequently have trouble with banks and other branches, but this branch is great. Very friendly.
Literally the worst experience ever! The lady that was helping me trying to cash my check was rude and obnoxious. Wouldn’t let me cash a check because I wasn’t a customer but it was a key bank check from one of their customers. I asked to speak with a manager and from the other side of the room she just shook her head and said I heard the conversation and said no.
