This bank sucks, I would use this bank.If it was the only bank in america , bunch of phoneys
Personal banker couldn't operate his computer. After about 10 minutes I asked what was going on. He replied the foreign currency system was down and he kept trying to restart it. I left getting nothing done. Called the general line. Currency wasn't down, he just didn't know how to do it. You can only convert currency in a branch, just not this branch. Will never go back and am looking for a new bank completely now.
I do no recommend this Bank, all Bank paperwork agreement take one month, no can login in to app,, people from wood forest Bank recommended,so is like she get some credit,for sent people to key bank ,I no can close my account I got some letters in mail some fraud happening,so the most come from bank because they have all my information so, if fraud commit is ,,inside key bank,
