NEVER NEVER NEVER use key bank for a mortgage or to refinance your home. I have never in my life worked with or more incompetent group of lenders!! It was a horrible experience and remains horrible as they are taking out escrow and not paying the homeowners insurance!!!

Horrible experience with this branch. Tried to close my account and branch kept charging me overdraft fees. Buyer beware!
