I went into this bank closed my account but they are still charging me fees! Terrible bank with Terrible customer service. Tonya was not at all helpful on the phone.
Used to come to this bank all the time. Made a 25 minute trip home from school and decided to stop back here because it’s the closest KeyBank to my house. Not realizing this branch closed at 4:00PM, I arrived at 4:02PM to doors being locked. No surprise, I would want to get out as soon as possible too. A man unlocked the door asked me what I needed and all I had to do was deposit some cash.
