I went into this bank closed my account but they are still charging me fees! Terrible bank with Terrible customer service. Tonya was not at all helpful on the phone.
Used to come to this bank all the time. Made a 25 minute trip home from school and decided to stop back here because it’s the closest KeyBank to my house. Not realizing this branch closed at 4:00PM, I arrived at 4:02PM to doors being locked. No surprise, I would want to get out as soon as possible too. A man unlocked the door asked me what I needed and all I had to do was deposit some cash. I have been with Key Bank since long before it was Key Bank, even though I moved quite a distance away years ago. The reason is that the service has always been outstanding; and yet - the folks at this branch, and my relationship manager, Chuck, in particular go way above and beyond already superb service. These folks will take good care of you. I've never banked with better.
